RAG-Powered Knowledge Assistant

Employees needed to search across scattered wikis, PDFs, shared drives, and conversations to find reliable answers. Keyword search returned documents rather than answers, and experienced colleagues became the default help desk.

The organization had substantial internal knowledge; retrieving it was the bottleneck. Retrieval-augmented generation can ground answers in approved source material and expose citations for review.

We built a RAG assistant that indexes approved internal documents and refreshes them as content changes. Answers cite their sources, and the assistant abstains when it cannot find reliable evidence.
