Real time & Asynchronous patient management and communication platform for HospitalCrew

BCF was responsible for complete platform development, including feature development, product life cycle management, DevOps infrastructure implementation, and monitoring. Our team took over source code from the previous supplier, executed code re-factoring, and continuously added new features. 

According to requirements, we created a convenient admin system for hospitals with new role definitions. BCF implemented the possibility of managing patients' data, including also notes, pictures, and movie recordings. The data can be transferred between hospitals, teams, and individual doctors and nurses. The solution assured medical data privacy management (HIPAA complaint). Our team built also a system for testing, code analysis, automatic testing, and automatic system installation.

In this project, we create real-time and asynchronous patient management and communication platform for the crew at hospital chains in West Africa. Our team delivered web platforms and Android and IOS applications. The created system works on cloud technology and mobile devices. Oursolutionincludesanalytics and learning algorithms for the prediction and prompting of medical personnel. The system completes automatic tasks for doctors based on existing forfeits and suggests test orders and analytical steps.

The system enables effective and fast communication between medics and hospitals. An optimized information system available on mobile devices, through a web browser on desktop devices in offices, assures quick and automated transfer of patient data between medics. The system enables real-time assignment of tasks to remote facilities, informing those in charge of the tasks assigned to them. Doctors entered data continuously, which eliminates the need for written reports. 

An optimized user interface system for complex medical procedures facilitates the daily work of all kinds of medical specialists. The easily accessible and intuitive interface allows medical personnel to react quickly in difficult and stressful situations. The system ensures the encryption and security of patient information.

Our client dealing with motor insurance and roadside assistance desires to ensure easy handling of products and road accident reporting. To achieve this goal they want ed to create a modern mobile application to support car drivers to buy insurance with special car services like (car parts ordering, calling roadside assistance, assign proper support). The system was to give new unique opportunities for insurance customers.

 In this project, our team of specialists started analysis and implementation. According to the client's requirements, we created new features in the application. BCF was responsible for the entire back-end development of mobile and PWA applications. Our Engineers dealt with the implementation of all business features, like creating 3 types of user accounts, “rescue me” functionality based on sharing of GPS localization, and the ability to upgrade users’ policies. The team has also integrated the mobile application with a benefits and rewards system based on an internal CMS system. 

Our developers took care of the implementation of new microservices, like News Service API, Policy service API, Mobile Experience API, Web Experience API, Vehicle API, Customer API, Document API, and Log-in Service API, all based on designed REST-API technology to support further scaling and expansion of applications. The application is still being developed and successively updated versions are being made. The team is working now on product upgrade functionality which will be integrated with an external payment system.

 The created application provides convenience and intuitive operation, thanks to a clear and smooth interface. The system is better suited to get things done quicker than a web app opened in a browser on a mobile phone. The mobile app has some unique functions that ensure easy damage reporting, access to a shop with motor vehicle accessories, car valuation, car sales offers, etc.

 The mobile application ensures easy and convenient contact with the insurance company, with is very important in so stressful situations like collisions. The system has a powerful architecture, a user-friendly interface, and many useful features. One of them is the possibility to report a collision using the location provided by phone. It's very easy and convenient for users because they don’t need to describe address or environment details in notifications. Users of the application have also access to the Benefits and Rewards system with free coffee, fuel savings with oil cards, etc. 

The system is integrated with Google Maps and provides journey planning and access to important traffic information like road renovations, fuel prices in the area, or electric car patching stations. Users can get push notifications about insurance expiration and find out how to upgrade their policy.

The customer was looking to build a gamification platform based on Blockchain technology for creating campaigns in virtual reality to support marketing and sales processes.

Platform for Virtual Human Engagment (Marketing Campaigns for new Products introduction in Virtual Reality)

After discussions about the clients' needs and deep analysis, the project was handled by a team specializing in Go and Java programming languages. According to requirements first, we created an initial trimmed-down version of the system in a monolithic form in Go language. The next steps were the gradual separation of components and the creation of synchronous communication interfaces between them. Then we added more functionality and modules. A large part of our work was to introduce the possibility of customization of the product, using JavaScript. The final stage was to migrate the system to an asynchronous communication model.

During this project, our team created microservice-based architecture with a modern REST APIs interface. The system provides ready-made APIs and client-side SDKs designed to be compatible with any customer system infrastructure. We developed a modern development and testing environment that allows fully automated deployment of new software versions, automated build, automated testing, and product deployment. The platform allows publishers to create digital objects which can be used in modern virtual marketing campaigns. Oursolutionincludesalso the possibility to monitor and analysis of users' activity. The system we built is ready-made for blockchain technology. The use of artificial intelligence algorithms and machine learning ensures continuous improvement of the system.

The system provides manufacturers of goods with innovative solutions in the field of brand building in the virtual world. The platform enables the creation of a new digital asset class that bridges the gap between the physical and digital worlds, generating one-to-one experiences and creating new levels of engagement.
